- Passport is better than ID or driving license for the ID verification process.
International passport has machine readable code (MRC) in the bottom of the photo page and they can check that code by software. In general ID and driving licence are not international and sometimes do not meet the global standards and can be declined.
- Scan or photo version?
Which is better? Send scanned or photo versions of your documents? The photo is better, but it must not be blurred and all personal details must be visible on it. Scanned versions are sometimes stolen and they know everybody today has a camera and not a scanner.
- Be ready for additional verifications.

- Location.
Try to send the documents from the country you are registered from, since some photos include the photoshoot location. If these locations are not the same, it can be suspicious. They see your IP in most cases.
- Photoshop
Try not to open and edit your documents in Photoshop. even to correct light or contrast. Their security softwares will detect Photoshop touched photos and your document copies can be marked as invalid.
